The SGL team is made up of young professionals who believe that doing
what they love and earning a living are not direct opposites. On the contrary,
they can be combined to produce amazing results. There is no better incentive
for outstanding performance than actually enjoying going to work every day and
taking pride in what you do.
By keeping the team small we have been able to guarantee a very friendly work
environment where people actually talk to each other instead of sending memos.
It has also allowed us to get to know each other well thus considerably
increasing our performance as a team. And what is more, we all feel valued and
directly responsible for the successful completion of each project.
We hope that this feeling of familiarity and commitment will extend to our
clients and make them feel at home when they call in and reassured that their
projects are in the hands of a responsible, highly qualified and motivated
team: the SGL team.

of the overall process. I believe that my communication skills have been vital

development of desktop and web based applications, Carlos has been pivotal to
